     AN ACT relating to missing persons.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 17A to establish a missing person database; require all law enforcement agencies to accept missing person reports without delay; establish procedures for how to take and follow-up on missing person reports; establish procedures for identifying and handling a "high risk missing person" report; exempt statutes regarding missing children reports from the "high risk missing person" protocol; require the Kentucky State Police to provide information on death scene investigations; establish procedures for and restrictions on coroners and medical examiners when identifying human remains; amend KRS 17.460, 72.450, and 213.081 to conform.
