AN ACT relating to the operation of vehicles used to transport children.
Amend KRS 189.550, regarding the operation of vehicles transporting children, to require a driver of such a vehicle who is approaching a railroad crossing to activate the vehicle's hazard lights within 200 feet of the crossing.
