AN ACT relating to absentee voting.
Amend KRS 117.085 to provide guidelines for transmission of an absentee ballot application and an absentee ballot to a voter by facsimile, and for voter to return the absentee ballot application and absentee ballot by mail; amend KRS 117.086 to conform.
