AN ACT relating to state employee travel.
Amend KRS 45.101 to require prior from the appointing authority and the Finance and Administration Cabinet for any state agency requesting overnight travel requiring overnight lodging of ten or more employees for the purpose of conducting a meeting; establish what the justification for travel shall include; provide a time frame for response by appointing authority.
