     AN ACT relating to local government licensing of businesses.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to allow local governments, as a part of their regular business licensing, to adopt the provisions of the bill relating to public decency; provide that if these standards are adopted without amendment, the Attorney General shall defend constitutional challenges to them; create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to establish definitions; create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to set public decency standards for behavior in public business places, and provide that if a local government adopts those standards, then violation shall subject a business license to suspension or revocation.
