AN ACT relating to Transportation Engineering Assistant I experience requirements.
Create a new section to KRS Chapter 18A to remove the experience requirements from the class specification for Transportation Engineering Assistant I; provide that any applicant with a high school diploma, equivalency certificate, or a passing score on the GED examination shall be allowed to take the written examination for the classification.
