     AN ACT relating to executive branch ethics.
     Amend KRS 11A.201, relating to definitions for the executive agency lobbying portion of the executive branch ethics code, to include the Public Service Commission in the definition of an "executive agency"; include the commission's orders regarding rates and services of a utility in the definition of "executive agency decision."

HB 52 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS - Amend KRS 11A.201 to delete the Public Service Commission from the definition of "executive agency"; amend the definition of "executive agency decision" to specify that the decision of an executive agency regarding agency expenditures applies to expenditures of at least $5,000 per year; clarify that an executive agency decision is also a decision by the Public Service Commission pursuant to a request for a change in the rates or service of a utility which results in an order of the Commission; remove definition of and references to "substantial basis".
