AN ACT relating to promotional increments for career employees.
Amend KRS 18A.110 to allow the secretary to approve the salary of career employees who are promoted to a higher pay grade to receive the same salary level that would a new appointee to that same pay grade in that classification in the same county with similar qualifications.
