AN ACT relating to the Public Service Commission.
Amend KRS 278.260 to specify the right of the Attorney General to file a complaint with the Public Service Commission against a utility; provide that if a complaint by the Attorney General is filed with the Public Service Commission, the commission shall act within 60 days or shall establish a procedural and hearing schedule in concurrence with the Attorney General.
