AN ACT relating to charitable gaming.
Amend KRS 238.525 to forbid charitable gaming licensure to any applicant or licensee directly or indirectly associated with an individual who has been prohibited from participating in charitable gaming activity; amend KRS 238.560 to allow the Office of Charitable Gaming to designate administrative actions against an organization or a directly or indirectly associated individual; permit the office to suspend a person from participating in charitable gaming or directly or indirectly associating with charitable gaming organizations for up to ten years if the person has caused serious violations for one or more organizations; define "serious violations" for the purposes of KRS 238.560 to mean those involving $1,000 or more in fines, a material misstatement of fact regarding receipts or expenses by $1,000 or more that results in a fraudulent document, or an intentional violation of the statutes or regulations governing charitable gaming.
