     AN ACT relating to consumer telemarketing.
     Amend sections of KRS chapter 367 pertaining to telemarketing; define "Zero call list" as the national Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission rather than a state-maintained list; include wireless phone numbers; remove responsibility for maintaining and publishing the list from the Office of the Attorney General; change all references from "merchant" to "telemarketing company" in section pertaining to filing requirements; repeal most provisions granting authority or responsibility for the program to the Attorney General.
