AN ACT relating to the receipt of payments by county governments.
Amend KRS 64.840 to allow a county government to accept payment of any fine, forfeiture, tax, or fee by check, draft, electronic funds transfer, or other similar means of payment; allow the county government to recover any transaction fee incurred by the county for submitting or processing the transaction.
