     AN ACT relating to the taxation of watercraft.
     Create six new sections of KRS Chapter 136 to provide definitions; cause watercraft to be centrally assessed by the Department of Revenue and provide for local distribution of collected taxes; require corporations to file a description of watercraft; require notification of watercraft value to the corporation and provide the method for distributing local taxes; provide a "hold harmless" clause for local districts; amend KRS 136.120 to remove watercraft; repeal KRS 136.181, 136.182, 136.183, 136.187, 136.184, and 136.187; Effective January 1, 2007.
