AN ACT relating to contracts for the production and sale of school photographs.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to provide that a contract between a school district or school and a vendor for the production and sale of student or class photographs shall be awarded on the basis of quality and cost to a purchaser; prohibit incentives or premiums from being taken into account when a contract is awarded; prohibit receipt of a monetary incentive or premium by a district or school; and prohibit a school or school district from increasing the price of school photographs for fundraising purposes.
