     AN ACT relating to state employee travel reimbursement.
     Amend KRS 44.060 to require the reimbursement for private automobile usage for official state duties to be equal to the maximum mileage allowance permitted by the federal government, to be increased as the federal mileage allowance is increased; remove the authority of the secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet to set the reimbursement rates.
