AN ACT relating to employees in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
Amend KRS 164.5807 to provide that effective July 1, 2006, any former community college employee of the University of Kentucky who chose to remain governed by the university personnel rules and benefits package shall be provided the same percentage annual salary cost of living increase as all other KCTCS personnel who were employed July 1, 1997, and thereafter.
