     AN ACT relating to amusement rides and attractions.
     Amend KRS 247.232 to allow the Commissioner to promulgate administrative regulations to exempt certain rides and attractions from being subject to the provisions of the statutes; amend KRS 247.234 to allow the Commissioner to promulgate administrative regulations to establish an inspection fee schedule for rides and attractions; establish minimum and maximum limits on the fees and base the fees on the complexity of the ride; require an owner to have at least $500,000 in liability insurance or proof of financial responsibility of $500,000; require that any revenue balance not lapse but be carried forward to the next fiscal year; EFFECTIVE January 1, 2007.
