     AN ACT relating to boat launching fees.
     Amend KRS 148.021 to prohibit the Department of Parks from charging boat launching fees at public boat ramps; create a new section of KRS Chapter 150 to prohibit the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources from charging boat launching fees at public boat ramps.

     HFA (1, J. Gray) - Amend KRS 148.021 to prohibit the Department of Parks from charging boat launching fees at public boat ramps for organized fishing tournaments.

     HFA (2, J. Gray) - Delete Section 2 which prohibits Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources from imposing boat launching fees from any boat ramps over which it has authority or from imposing fees for boat ramps, the management of which is contracted with another entity.
