     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 12 to establish the Governor's Council on Wellness and Physical Activity and set requirements for; create a new section of KRS Chapter 194A to establish the Governor's Wellness and Physical Activity Program, Inc., and set requirements for; amend KRS 12.020, 12.023, and 194A.030 to comply.
