AN ACT relating to agricultural products.
Amend KRS 45A.645 to require state agencies to purchase Kentucky-grown agricultural products if the vendor can meet quality and pricing requirements; require state agencies that purchase Kentucky-grown agricultural products to submit an annual report to the Legislative Research Commission and the Department of Agriculture describing the amount of products purchased.
