     AN ACT relating to pharmacists.
     Amend KRS 217.015 to add clinical pharmacist specialists to definition of practitioner and to the definition of prescription; amend KRS 315.010 to add prescribing, using, or administering drugs, except some controlled substances, by clinical pharmacists specialists to definition of practice of pharmacy and define clinical pharmacist specialist and collaborative practice agreement; amend KRS 315.065 to require written proof of continuing education for renewal of certification as a clinical pharmacist specialist; amend KRS 315.110 specify expiration and fees for certification; amend KRS 315.121 to add actions relating to clinical pharmacist specialists as grounds for the board to take action against a certificate; amend KRS 315.191 to require the board to promulgate administrative regulations for the practice of clinical pharmacist specialists and establish training programs and qualifications for practice and prescriptive authority; create a new section of KRS Chapter 315 to specify requirements for administrative regulations for certification for clinical pharmacist specialists, require proof of continuing education for certificate renewal, require collaborative agreement with a physician, and require the board to establish an advisory committee to review and recommend actions relating to clinical pharmacist specialists.
