     AN ACT relating to workers' compensation.
     Amend KRS 342.270 and 342.316 to delete the consensus procedure for black lung claims; require two "B" reader X-ray interpretations to be filed with application for benefits; require an administrative law judge to decide claims on evidence admitted, and make new procedure applicable to claims not assigned to an administrative law judge on the effective date of this Act; amend 342.732 to reduce from 57 years to 52 years the age that a miner can receive retraining incentive benefit cash option; amend KRS 342.792 to permit reopening of claims; amend KRS 342.794 to conform.
