AN ACT relating to nuisances.
Amend KRS 82.700 to include all forms of local government within nuisance code enforcement act; amend KRS 82.720 to establish priority of liens and financial liability of costs associated with liens perfected from nuisance situations; amend KRS 381.770 to include charter county governments in nuisance code statute and establish priority of liens and financial liability of costs associated with liens perfected from nuisance situations.
