     AN ACT relating to electronic monitoring of prescriptions.
     Amend KRS 218A.202 to establish a real time electronic data collection system for controlled substances, Medicaid prescriptions, and Medicare Part D prescriptions; require those dispensing prescriptions to report data electronically in real time when prescribing and dispensing the prescribed drug; amend KRS 218A.240 to conform.
