AN ACT relating to youth smoking.
Amend KRS 438.311 to prohibit family members from providing tobacco products to children in the custody of the state; amend KRS 605.110 to permit children in the custody of the state to participate in smoking cessation services at local health departments at no cost.
HB 92 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions and specify that the child may participate in public health smoking cessation efforts if smoking cessation efforts are not offered at the child's placement.
