HB 94 (BR 261) - R. Wilkey

     AN ACT relating to mobile and recreational vehicle parks.
     Amend KRS 219.410 to exclude mobile home and recreational vehicle parks owned and operated by local governments from the provisions of KRS 219.310 to 219.410.

HB 94 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS - Retain original provisions; specify that the new language applies to manufactured home parks, mobile home parks, or recreational vehicle parks owned and operated on a temporary or seasonal basis by a local government.

     HFA (1, R. Wilkey) - Specify that all installations of manufactured homes and mobile homes pursuant to this subsection shall be performed by an installer certified under KRS 227.560 in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, if available, or ANSI 225.1 Manufactured Home Installations.

     SCS - Retain original provisions, except add an exclusion from the provisions of KRS 219.310 to 219.410 for festivals of not more than 30 days that are organized and operated by local governments; make technical correction.

     SFA (1, R. Sanders Jr) - Make installer certification standards apply to all installations of manufactured homes and mobile homes, rather than just those installations for temporary parks or festivals operated by local governments.
