     AN ACT relating to workers' compensation.
     Amend KRS 342.267 to increase the penalties for workers' compensation insurance companies and self-insured groups or employers engaging in unfair claims settlement practices, from $1,000 to $5,000 per violation to $5,000 to $50,000 per violation.
