HFA (1, C. Belcher) - Direct the Transportation Cabinet to rename the Paris By-Pass in Bourbon County the "Thoroughbred Run."
SCS (1) - Retain the provisions of the original resolution and direct the Transportation Cabinet to name the Shelbyville by-pass "Freedom's Way"; Kentucky Route 979 the "Eula Hall Highway"; a portion of US Route 60 in Henderson County as the "St. Augustine Church Road"; a portion of Kentucky Route 805 the "Letcher County Coal Miners Highway"; the bridge on Route 80 at Langley the "Ralph Owens Memorial Bridge"; the Cliff Bridge in Floyd County the "Bert T. Combs Memorial Bridge"; and Route 1051 in Meade County the "Meade County Veteran's Memorial By-Pass."
SCS (2) - Retain the original provisions of HJR 168 / GA; add all the roads included in SCS 1; direct the Transportation Cabinet to name a portion of KY 29 in Wilmore in honor of Earl Lewallen.
