     AN ACT relating to speed limits.
     Amend KRS 189.390, regarding speed limits, to establish a maximum speed limit of 70 MPH on Interstates and Parkways and 65 MPH on all other four lane state highways; amend KRS 189.394, regarding fines for speeding, to establish a lack of workers present in a work zone as an affirmative defense to the charge of speeding in a highway work zone; amend KRS 189.340 to conform.
