SB 111/FN (BR 1540) - E. Tori

     AN ACT relating to aerial imagery.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 11 to require all entities within Kentucky who, using public funds, create or purchase aerial imagery of locations in Kentucky to provide a copy to the Commonwealth Office of Technology without cost.

SB 111 - AMENDMENTS


     SCS - Retain original provisions, except exclude aerial images which are vector-based; require the imagery to be added to Kentucky's secure Geospatial Data Warehouse for official government use only; prohibit disclosure of imagery to general public if requested by provider.

     HFA (1, J. Gray) - Restrict use of aerial imagery to purposes of public safety by government officials.
