     AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services, and declaring an emergency.
     Amend KRS 311A.015 to attach the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services to the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and require annual reports to the Governor, KCTCS, and the General Assembly; amend KRS 311A.020 to specify employment duties of the board and KCTCS, require existing employees to be transferred and specify transfer of employment records and months of service credit between KCTCS and KRS Chapter 18A employment; specify that new employees are employees of KCTCS; require the board to establish a personnel committee to make recommendations for new hires and conduct job performance reviews; specify that all board funds shall be transferred to KCTCS; specify budget process for the board; and specify the board retains remaining duties and powers; effective July 1, 2006; EMERGENCY.
