AN ACT relating to public roads.
Amend KRS 178.025 to establish that, in the absence of any record, the width of a public road right-of-way shall include the area lying within landmarks and fences indicating the boundary lines and in the absence of both record or landmark extend to the shoulders and ditch lines; amend KRS 178.290 to permit county, city, urban-county, consolidated local, and charter governments to build and maintain sidewalks along public roads.
