     AN ACT relating to the use of speed bumps on local roads.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 178 to allow counties, urban-counties, charter counties, and consolidated local governments to use speed bumps on their local roads and specify requirements for doing so; create a new section of KRS Chapter 82 to allow cities to use speed bumps on their city roads and specify requirements for doing so; amend KRS 179.070 to conform.
