     AN ACT relating to school speech-language pathologist and audiologists and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 157 to provide a salary supplement for public school speech-language pathologists and audiologists who have a certificate of clinical competence issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; the salary supplement amount shall be determined by the General Assembly's biennial budget; the supplement shall be considered in the calculation for contributions to the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System; EMERGENCY.
