SB 211 (BR 1954) - G. Tapp, J. Pendleton

     AN ACT relating to wild turkey and deer hunting.
     Create new section of KRS Chapter 150 to provide that a deer hunter may use a crossbow for 10 days beginning on the Monday after Thanksgiving and during any season when a firearm is used to take deer; provide that a wild turkey hunter may use a crossbow for 10 days beginning on the Monday after Thanksgiving and during any season when a firearm may be used to take wild turkey.

SB 211 - AMENDMENTS


     SCA (1, G. Tapp) - Amend the bill to provide that the provisions of the new section shall not apply to persons holding a hunting method exemption permit issued pursuant to KRS 150.025, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Kentucky administrative regulations.
