AN ACT relating to workers' compensation.
Amend KRS 342.732 to delete black lung retraining incentive benefits and provide income benefits for 425 weeks for category 1 black lung without respiratory impairment; amend KRS 342. 315 to delete presumptive weight requirement; amend KRS 342.316 to delete consensus procedure for black lung claims; amend KRS 342.792 to exclude prior claims from the new provisions; repeal KRS 342.794 and 342.796; add a noncodified section to express intent of the General Assembly that the new provisions apply only to claim with dates of last exposure occurring after the effective date.
