AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend KRS 12.020 to place the Office of Health Policy in lieu of the Office of Certificate of Need within the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; amend KRS 13B.020 and 194A.030 to conform; confirm Executive Order 2005-779, dated August 1, 2005, which created the Office of Health Policy, Division of Health Policy Development, and Division of Certificate of Need and abolished the Office of Certificate of Need.
