     AN ACT relating to occupational credentialing.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 36 to require the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs to assist military spouses who move into Kentucky because their spouses are reassigned by the military in obtaining professional and occupational licenses, certificates, registrations, and permits; require the department to coordinate the efforts of and seek information from the various state agencies and licensing boards involved in issuing credentials that are prerequisites to one engaging in an occupation or profession; urge the licensing and occupational credentialing agencies and boards to assist in expediting the application process; require the department to issue an annual report to both the Interim Joint Committee on licensing and Occupations and the Interim Joint Committee on Seniors, Veterans, Military Affairs, and Public Protection.
