AN ACT relating to the hazardous waste assessment fee.
     Amend KRS 224.46-580 to extend the hazardous waste assessment fee from June 30, 2006 to June 30, 2008; provide that the fee be waived for a generator who owes less than $50 for the year; and provide that a return be filed by generators who receive a waiver.
