     AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 525 to establish the crime of disorderly conduct in the first degree when a person engages in disorderly conduct at a funeral, burial, funeral home, funeral procession, or memorial service; establish disorderly conduct in the first degree as a Class A misdemeanor; amend KRS 525.060 to conform; create a new section of KRS Chapter 525 to establish the crime of disrupting meetings and processions in the first degree when a person disrupts a meeting or procession associated with a funeral, burial, or memorial service; amend KRS 525.150 to conform.

     SFA (1, D. Williams) - Amend to create a new section of KRS Chapter 525 to establish the crime of interference with a funeral in any manner by interfering with access into or from any building, parking lot, or burial plot in which a funeral, wake, memorial service, or burial is being conducted, congregating within three hundred feet, or without authorization making other sounds within earshot of or images observable to participants, or distributing literature; establish a criminal penalty.

     HCS/LM - Amend to expand language relating to a building where a funeral is being conducted to any location where a funeral is being conducted.
