     AN ACT making an appropriation to the Legislative Research Commission for expenses incurred in connection with the First Extraordinary Session of 2006 of the General Assembly, and declaring an emergency.
     Appropriate the following sums from the General Fund to the Legislative Research Commission for expenses incurred with the First Extraordinary Session of 2006: $45,000 per calendar day for salaries and expenses; $4,000 per calendar day for other expenses; $15,000 for printing and binding the Acts and Journals; and $135,000 for expert testimony, legislators' travel, stationery allowances, and temporary personnel; EMERGENCY.
