     AN ACT relating to the preservation of rock fences and making an appropriation therefor.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 171 and amend KRS 171.381 to create the Rock Fence Preservation Program and the rock fence preservation Fund to provide for the preservation of rock fences; create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 and amend KRS 141.0205 to provide for a tax credit for rock fence construction, repair, and restoration expenses.
