     AN ACT relating to property and casualty insurance rates.
     Create a new section of Subtitle 13 of KRS Chapter 304 to prohibit an insurer from rating a risk based, in whole or in part, on the credit history of the applicant or insured in any manner, including the provision or removal of a discount, assigning the insured or applicant to a rating tier, or placing an insured or applicant with an affiliated company; apply to property and casualty insurance contracts covering personal risks issued or renewed on or after the effective date of this Act.
