HB 114/LM (BR 343) - D. Pasley, L. Belcher, T. Moore

     AN ACT relating to jail canteen accounts.
     Amend KRS 441.135 to require jail canteen account funds to be at prescribed minimum levels on the first day of each fiscal year rather than requiring the fiscal court to transfer a flat amount of funds into the accounts each fiscal year.
