AN ACT relating to farmers markets.
Amend KRS 217.015 to define "farmers market temporary food service establishment"; amend KRS 217.125 to require an applicant for a permit to operate a farmers market temporary food service establishment to pay an application fee as determined by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; require an applicant for a permit to operate a farmers market temporary food service establishment to complete a food safety training program; require a 30 day period to elapse before issuance of a new temporary food service establishment permit to the same operator to operate at the same location; prohibit issuance of permits to operate a temporary food service establishment and a farmers market temporary food service establishment simultaneously at the same location by the same operator; require a 30 day period to elapse before a new permit may be issued for either a temporary food service establishment or a farmers market temporary food service establishment.
