AN ACT relating to petroleum storage tanks and declaring an emergency.
Amend KRS 224.60-142 to extend, from July 15, 2006 to July 15, 2008, the deadline date for registering and filing applications relating to underground petroleum storage tanks.
HB 137 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Change the date for registration of tanks from July 15, 2008 to July 15, 2010.
HFA (1, B. Yonts) - Change the application deadline date in KRS 224.60-242 from 2006 to 2010; amend KRS 224.60-130 by deleting January 15, 2008, date in two locations in order to conform; amend KRS 224.60-145 by extending 2008 date to 2010.
