     AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 510 to prohibit sexual conduct between criminal justice system employees and prisoners, inmates, probationers, parolees, and juveniles.

HB 140 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS/LM - Amend to establish mental state for commission of crime, to require that criminal justice system employee must know that other person is part of protected class, and that sexual contact must be for purpose of sexual gratification.

     HFA (1, B. Yonts) - Amend to clarify the use of one's position of authority or trust in the commission of the offense.
