     AN ACT relating to the provision of fire protection services across jurisdictional boundaries.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 allowing local governments to create an interlocal agreement for the provision of fire protection services; allow local governments to shift boundaries of fire protection service providers by ordinance; establish criteria for the ordinance; shield newly annexed territory from certain debt requirements; make stricken territory liable for its share of previous indebtedness.
