     AN ACT relating to certification of miners.
     Create new section of KRS Chapter 351 to allow the Mining Board to enter into a reciprocal agreement with another state and provide that the board may pursuant to the agreement; allow the miner from the other state to perform similar duties in Kentucky for which he or she is certified in the other state when certain conditions have been met.
