     AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 439 to require a prisoner being released on parole to give written consent to a search by a probation and parole office or other peace officer, at any time of the day or night, with or without a search warrant, and with or without cause; if prisoner does not agree, work time, good time, and other credit is forfeited on a day-for-day basis, and prisoner remains in custody until signing or the maximum release date is reached; applies only to inmates to be released after the effective date of the statute.
